About
Karen Rogge, President
Karen founded the RYN Group LLC, a management consulting business, specializing in CFO and Board Advisory services for public and private companies. As a former CFO and Operations Executive, Karen brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational experience, and multi-billion-dollar M&A background to the table. She has collaborated with companies to navigate pivotal transitions and create value for investors, in both high-growth and turnaround environments.
Prior to founding the RYN Group, Karen was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Extreme Networks (NASDAQ: EXTR), a leading network solutions company. Previously, she was the Vice President of Corporate Finance, Treasurer, and Principal Accounting Officer for Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX), a leader in the storage and data services markets. Earlier, Karen held executive positions at Hewlett Packard (NYSE: HPQ) in finance, operations, and general management.
In addition, Karen is a Board Director at Onto Innovation (NASDAQ: ONTO), a leader in the semiconductor equipment market. Previously, she served on the public company boards of GigCapital5, Rambus Inc., Kemet Corporation, AeroCentury, and private companies.
Karen holds an M.B.A degree from Santa Clara University, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
